It’s time to take back control of your healing

This program will focus on the restoration of your Mobility, Stability, and Strength in a stepwise manner. Please proceed at your own pace. Every healing journey is different and each individual’s tolerance for movement differs. When you follow the recommended principles of not leading or forcing the body during activity, listening to and connecting with your interoceptive (Internal body sensations) signals during movement, and not aggressively challenging the barriers you feel in your system, then the likelihood of injury is almost 0%.

With that said, this is an online downloadable educational resource, and as such we cannot monitor your movement, stability, strength, or progress directly. There is always some mild inherent risk of injury with a new movement/exercise routine and by continuing to engage with the course material you agree to assume all risk of injury for any issue that arises as a result of the activities or recommendations provided herein.
