WEEK 1: Crafting Belief Systems and Patterns (Or - How the #%^$ Did I get Here?)
Prepare to deep dive into who you are. Learn to recognize patterns in how you talk about yourself, realize the truth behind the voice narrating your experience of the world, and come to understand that your capacity to affect the world around you is nearly infinite when you focus your intention and balance your intuitive and intellectual powers.

In week 2 we will continue to identify the key influences on your thoughts, feelings, and decision making. We will also discuss the 4 rules that govern the subtle energies of the universe and utilize them as a therapeutic force through guided energetic self treatment. Finally we will get down to brass tax. What is it that you REALLY want? Dare to start dreaming big.

WEEK 3: Retracing your Steps
Module 2 is about acknowledging your past decisions and reconciling with where they have taken you so far. In week 3 we discuss patterns in how we respond to expectations both real and perceived, the 4 agreements as principles for living a meaningful life, the biology of belief, and Einstein’s E=mc^2.

Week 5 is about being Self-ish. By recognizing and honouring the importance of addressing what you want/need first, you will always have the emotional resources available to give of yourself to others. It all starts with developing an understanding of just how much control you have, and giving yourself patienceand grace when it is lacking.

Week 6 is about refining our understanding of and pursuit of joy and what it takes to live with joy each day. We will also identify the difference between habits, rituals, and routines, and how to leverage your psychology and mindset to shift them positively.
